About the Authors
ANNMARIE HANLON is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland. She is the Consultancy Director of Evonomie an independent marketing company that specialises in providing expert, impartial marketing advice to clients working in business-to-business service industries.
Over the last 20 years she has worked with many companies to evaluate projects, carry out formative and summative evaluations, conduct research into new markets, gather primary research to establish future opportunities, develop marketing strategies, create practical action plans and deliver marketing workshops in Ireland and the UK.
A languages graduate, Annmarie has experience working in Europe and the Far East.
JOANNA AKINS is a Chartered Marketer and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is an Associate at Evonomie and has significant experience in marketing research.
Joanna previously ran the business information library for Tarmac, a leading building materials company, delivering a research and enquiry service providing market and economic information to the Group worldwide. She was also a researcher for the corporate finance team at Grant Thornton, providing company acquisition search services involving matching buyers with companies.
She has direct experience of selling online and ran her own ecommerce store selling video games consoles and accessories worldwide.
